About our Aged Care Services
Support at Home
The Australian Government has confirmed that the Support at Home program will commence on 1 November 2025.
This program will replace the existing Home Care Package system, offering a more flexible and personalised approach to in-home care.
Our goal is to make it easier for you to access the right support, at the right time, to maintain independence and quality of life.

For our current Home Care Package clients, the transition will be seamless. For new clients, we’ll provide clear guidance every step of the way, ensuring you feel confident and supported as these changes take effect.
